Location: Ortigas

The Senior Procurement Manager is responsible for leading strategic sourcing, managing the end-to-end procurement process, and building strong partnerships with reliable, cost-efficient suppliers. They work closely with both internal teams and external vendors to ensure a steady supply, optimize costs, and drive business growth through informed, data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sourcing & Supply Continuity: Assess market trends, supply dynamics, and cost factors to develop sourcing strategies. Identify potential risks and implement strategies to ensure a continuous supply of materials. Ensure suppliers are capable of meeting current needs while supporting future expansion plans.
  • Supplier & Partner Management: Oversee the entire supplier lifecycle—from onboarding and performance evaluations to disengaging suppliers when necessary. Conduct supplier reviews, capability assessments, and site visits to ensure long-term reliability. Support suppliers in meeting all technical, operational, and commercial standards.
  • Cost & Contract Management: Perform cost analysis, benchmarking, and commercial evaluations to secure competitive pricing. Lead negotiations to optimize value without compromising on quality or reliability. Drive cost-saving initiatives aligned with business and category objectives.
  • Internal Customer & Stakeholder Support: Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand their needs and challenges. Handle complex procurement requests and offer strategic recommendations. Provide process improvements and insights to enhance overall efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of hands-on experience in strategic procurement.
  • Experience in Global Services categories such as HR, Travel, Consulting, or Professional Services is preferred.
  • Strong skills in cost control, supplier management, contract negotiation, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Relevant certifications in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) are a plus.
