Job Description
As a Sales Team Lead, you'll guide a high-performing team to surpass sales targets in the AU Telco industry. Through coaching, analytics, and strong leadership, you'll create an environment that fosters collaboration, drives performance, and ensures compliance with best practices.

The Qualifications We Seek
- 1 to 2 years' leadership experience in direct sales (Telco/B2C campaigns preferred)
- Strong track record of driving sales teams to meet aggressive targets and quotas
- Excellent coaching skills with emphasis on call listening, objection handling, and closing techniques
- Proficiency in Excel for reporting, analytics, and KPI management
- Energetic, vocal, and supportive leadership style with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
- Trustworthiness - builds credibility with both leadership and the sales team
Your Daily Tasks
- Lead and motivate a high-energy sales team to consistently achieve and exceed AU Telco direct sales targets
- Conduct targeted coaching sessions through live call listening, feedback, and sales performance calibration
- Prepare, analyse, and present team performance numbers to clients and internal counterparts, including Weekly Business Reviews (WBR)
- Utilize Excel and reporting tools to track KPIs, identify trends, and create actionable improvement plans
- Foster a loud, energetic, and supportive environment that balances sales pressure with motivation and accountability
- Ensure compliance with sales processes, customer handling standards, and regulatory requirements
