  • Coordinate with healthcare providers, departments, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Explain treatment options, processes, and estimated costs, and assist with financial counseling when required.
  • Offer language support or arrange interpreters to facilitate clear communication.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient interactions and service arrangements.
  • Conduct post-visit follow-ups to ensure patient satisfaction and address concerns.
  • Support marketing initiatives by enhancing patient experience and collecting feedback.
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism, empathy, and discretion in all patient interactions.
