Patient Relations Coordinator

We are seeking a Patient Relations Coordinator to join our healthcare support team. In this role, you'll reach out to patients who have completed and submitted their forms to gather additional requirements and assist with consent documentation. You'll serve as the bridge between patients and our organization, ensuring every interaction is handled with care, accuracy, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact patients to collect missing documents or consent forms.
- Ensure patient information is complete and accurate.
- Communicate effectively via phone and email to provide patient support.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve documentation issues.
- Maintain a patient-first attitude and professional communication style.
- Use MS Office tools—especially Excel—for tracking and reporting.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and comprehension abilities.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with MS Office (particularly Excel) and internet applications.
- Average to excellent typing speed and knowledge of keyboard shortcuts.
- Conversational, persistent, and highly enthusiastic personality.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years BPO experience.
- One of the following preferred backgrounds:
- Option 1: Certified or non-certified nurse.
- Option 2: Healthcare (non-insurance), outbound appointment setting, or target-oriented roles.
- Option 3: Hospital experience (admission desks preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php26, Php30,000.00 per month
