Patient Care and Engagement Officer

This role is responsible for managing patient scheduling, responding to inquiries from multiple channels (phone, walk-in, social media), and ensuring a positive patient experience. Additionally, the role will involve business development activities, including outreach to potential institutional partners to promote and expand the Center's services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding services, procedures, and availability.
- Inquiry Handling & Social Media Management
- Identify, tap, and establish partnerships with companies, schools, and institutions that may benefit from the Center's services.
- Prepare reports on patient scheduling, inquiries, and partnership development activities.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve patient experience and business development strategies.
