About the role

At MPL Center for Integrative and Functional Medicine, we are seeking an experienced Nurse to join our dynamic team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care within our progressive healthcare facility.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions
  • Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols
  • Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records and documentation
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work environment
  • Participating in continuous learning and professional development opportunities

What we're looking for

  • A registered nurse with a bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a high-acuity nursing setting, such as critical care, emergency, or intensive care
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
