At MPL Center for Integrative and Functional Medicine, we are seeking an experienced Nurse to join our dynamic team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care within our progressive healthcare facility.
What you'll be doing
- Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions
- Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols
- Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records and documentation
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work environment
- Participating in continuous learning and professional development opportunities
What we're looking for
- A registered nurse with a bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a high-acuity nursing setting, such as critical care, emergency, or intensive care
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
