About the role

As our Learning & Development Lead, you will design, develop, and manage end-to-end learning and development initiatives aligned with organizational goals. This role leads curriculum design, instructional delivery, onboarding, and integration of the Learning Management System (LMS) to build a high-impact learning culture.

What you'll be doing

  • Design and implementation of L&D programs based on skills gap and organizational needs
  • End-to-end development of learning content and curriculum (online and face-to-face)
  • Optimization and administration of LMS for program delivery and tracking
  • Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deliver high-quality learning experiences
  • Measurement and evaluation of training effectiveness (Kirkpatrick Model or similar)
  • Onboarding program design and deployment for new hires

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Education, or related field
  • At least 3–4 years of solid experience in L&D roles
  • Experience in curriculum design and instructional design using ADDIE or equivalent
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and other content development tools
  • Experience with Adobe applications or other design/editing software is a plus
  • Strong analytical, planning, and project management capabilities
  • English proficiency (verbal and written)
