Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. This role supports managers and staff by handling organizational tasks, communication, scheduling, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
- Prepare, organize, and maintain files, records, and documents
- Draft letters, reports, memos, and presentations
- Handle data entry and maintain databases with accuracy
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports
- Coordinate office activities and support internal teams
- Provide general office assistance
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Nutrition & Dietetics or any 4 year course
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Google Suite or equivalent tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
