Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Telecommunication Oversight:

  • Administer and troubleshoot PBX systems for efficient telecommunication.
  • Resolve issues related to telephone infrastructure.

2. Surveillance and Security Management:

  • Operate and maintain CCTV systems, NVRs, and Hikvision software.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of video surveillance infrastructure.

3. Data Storage and Backup Administration:

  • Manage and monitor NAS Synology systems.

4. Email and Biometric Systems Support:

  • Handle email systems on Hostgator and Google Admin Workspace.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot biometric access systems.
  • Know how to fix emails, that cannot send/receive outgoing & incoming emails in outlook.

5. IT Infrastructure Maintenance:

  • Diagnose and resolve computer hardware and software issues.
  • Provide support for Outlook email-related problems.
  • Maintain office servers, ensuring optimal network connections.

6. Graphics and Video Editing (plus)

  • Knowledgeable in graphic designs (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT), or Computer Science (BSCS), Information Systems (BSIS), Computer Engineer or a similar field.
  • Familiarity with general OS systems, IT systems, and communication systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of computer hardware systems.
  • Knowledge of LAN and wireless networks.
  • Ability to project manage.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues.
  • Knowledge of database and networking security systems.
  • With at least three (3) years of work experience in the related field.
