Area Manager – Summary of Role

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Area Manager in QSR
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Age 42 or below, physically fit for indoor and outdoor work

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring food quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Inspect equipment and facilities, both indoor and outdoor
  • Conduct daily coaching, reporting, and performance evaluations
  • Monitor KPIs, cash handling, inventory, and cost control
  • Lead weekly and monthly reviews with store teams, HR, marketing, and vendors
  • Support stores during peak hours and drive initiatives like catering and Grab & Go
  • Provide regular coaching to managers on leadership and growth mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php110,000.00 per month
