JOB DESCRIPTION/S

  • Manage sales and inventory. Recommends improvements on current sales strategies and concepts.
  • Develop and plan an efficient and effective battery distribution system prioritizing the battery technical service program intended for fleet and corporate accounts.
  • Develop and plan after sales support.
  • Assist in building a strong company image, manage and maintain good customer and trade relations by periodic visitations and prompt and proper handling and resolution of customer concerns.
  • Ensure that policies pertaining to credit and collection, pricing, accounts receivable, inter-company transactions and other related policies are strictly enforced and adhered to.
  • Assist in the design of information system for efficient management, monitoring and control of BT Unit's operations.
  • Perform related functions that management may assign from time to time.
  • Actively participate and Assist Parts Group in designing effective marketing and sales strategies to achieve batter unit sales targets, desired profits and ideal market share targets.
  • Manage battery online presence and its communications by ensuring consistent branding.

JOB QUALIFICATION/S

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and preferably Business course.
  • With a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or sales-related functions gained from the battery or automotive industry and experience in handling marketing-related tasks.
  • With outstanding leadership skills, strong strategic thinking, effective oral/ written presentation skills, analytical, good business sense, innovative, customer service oriented, problem-solving skills, and organized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
