  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, PRC license is an advantage
  • At least 10 years relevant experience with at least 3 years managerial experience in manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledgeable in cGMP, MRP, SAP, and MS Office with ISO 9001 exposure
  • With strong leadership, management, training skills, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Oversees over-all production operation and ensures that production plans and objectives are met
  • Develops production programs and guidelines to support company objectives
  • Manages and evaluates manpower, materials, machines, methods, to ensure productivity, (efficiency and effectiveness) are met and loss allowance is kept on the minimum.
  • Directs and organizes repair and routine maintenance of production equipment and machine to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Exposed to management tools that support increased productivity and continuing improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php65,000.00 per month
