We're Hiring: Production Manager – Bakery / Bread Factory (North Luzon, Philippines)

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the overall production operations of our bakery factory in North Luzon and contribute to factory setup and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall production operations of the factory
  • Supervise bakery production lines: Bread, Bun, Pandesal, and Cakes
  • Plan and execute factory setup, including layout, machinery installation, and production workflow
  • Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety regulations are met
  • Operate and optimize automatic production lines, including Bread & Bun Lines or Sami Auto Line
  • Coordinate with R&D, QA, and Supply Chain teams to implement new products and improve processes
  • Lead, train, and develop production staff

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
  • Proven experience in bread, bun, pandesal, and cake production
  • Hands-on experience with automatic bread and bun lines or Sami Auto Line preferred
  • Experience in factory setup, machinery layout, and production workflow planning
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety, quality control, and lean production practices
