As a
*Production Controller
, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient, high-quality, and timely production processes within ground support operations. This role focuses on planning, scheduling, and monitoring maintenance and production workflows while ensuring compliance with aviation industry standards.

What You Will Do

  • Ensure that 1Aviation's Mission, Vision, and Values are achieved.
  • Promote and ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, Security, and Customer Service standards based on regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop production schedules and workflows to optimize resources and meet operational targets.
  • Ensure production operations run smoothly, efficiently, and within quality standards and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with GSE end-users regarding planned checks, routine, and non-routine maintenance.
  • Receive, monitor, and process requests from stakeholders and end-users (e.g., projects, spare parts, office supplies, maintenance support).
  • Prepare and monitor cash advances, liquidations, trip passes, and travel requirements for the section.
  • Maintain and update the master list of GSE fleet deployed to outstations.
  • Ensure updated GSE forms are cascaded and distributed to respective stations.
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Supervisor, Production Control.

Educational Background & Experience*

  • Must be an Engineering graduate
  • With experience in equipment and facilities maintenance
