Job Responsibilities

  • Product Development and Innovation
  • Coordinate go-to-market strategies for new and existing giving solutions. Identify innovation opportunities and support the development and successful launch of products that meet market demand and donor needs.
  • Brand Strategy Development and Execution
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies for each giving solution that align with organizational goals. This includes product positioning, pricing recommendations, and growth planning to drive customer acquisition and revenue expansion.
  • Growth and Performance Measurement
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Use insights to iterate and improve strategies.
  • Market Research and Consumer Insights
  • In collaboration with Analysts, conduct ongoing market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and audience research to inform product development, messaging, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to align on deliverables, timelines, and goals. Provide leadership with regular performance updates and strategic recommendations

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, And Personal Characteristics

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams while independently driving tasks to completion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across cultures and departments
  • Solid understanding of brand management, digital marketing, market research, and campaign execution (B2B and B2C)
  • Knowledge of the international nonprofit or global giving ecosystem (e.g., donor-advised funds, ross-border giving, philanthropy) is strongly preferred

Education, Training, and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred. Advanced degree is preferrable, specifically an MBA.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Brand Manager or in a comparable strategic marketing role
  • Demonstrated success in managing brands within finance, philanthropy, banking, or other related sector
  • Experience developing and executing brand strategies across multiple channels and international markets
  • Experience working within a multinational organization or international nonprofit preferred

Work Environment and Mental Requirements

  • Regular workdays run from roughly 1700 – 0200 (PH Time) to maximize the overlap with European and US Eastern Time work hours (time spent outside regular work hours for events and event preparations will be offset against regular workdays)
  • Ability to communicate and exchange information, collect, compile, and prepare work documents, as well as set up and maintain work files
  • Willingness to work more than 8 hours per day, as needed; ability to handle pressure during peak periods during the year, availability to handle issues outside of normal working hours
