Job Summary:

Responsible assisting with content creation, social media management, event coordination, and administrative tasks to help promote the company's products or services effectively.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline).
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials (brochures, posters, social media posts).
  • Monitor and update the company's social media pages and website.
  • Help organize promotional events, trade shows, or product launches.
  • Prepare basic marketing reports, presentations, and data analysis.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and mailing lists.
  • Communicate with suppliers, partners, and third-party vendors.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and inventory of marketing supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, or graphic design is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • Willing to work on-site or fieldwork if needed.
