Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in handling daily marketing administration, including internal process applications, documentation, and reporting.

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on procurement-related tasks (e.g., sourcing, quotations, and payment process).

Support marketing campaigns, events, and activities, including logistics coordination and on-site assistance.

Assist in managing marketing materials, promotional items, and inventory.

Create or adapt simple graphic design materials (e.g., posters, social media visuals, event collaterals) when required.

Provide general support to the Marketing Manager and regional marketing team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.

–2 years of relevant work experience preferred (fresh graduates with strong skills will also be considered).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);

Familiarity with design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.) is an advantage.

Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
