Job Summary:

The Marketing Assistant supports the marketing team in implementing campaigns, managing content, and coordinating promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. This role involves administrative tasks, creative input, and collaboration across departments to ensure successful execution of marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, events).
  • Create and edit marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media posts.
  • Manage and update company social media accounts and website content.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to support marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams for marketing projects.
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics (engagement, leads, conversions).
  • Organize promotional events and assist with logistics.
  • Maintain marketing databases and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and preparing reports.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience:
    1–2 years in marketing or related role (internship experience acceptable).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Google Analytics, social media platforms).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
