Senior Product Specialist / Product Manager – From the Heart of Manila

What We're Looking For

Location: Manila, Philippines
Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the role may also be considered

Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in relevant sales, marketing, or product leadership roles

Preferred Background:

  • Clinical experience as a Medical Technologist or Phlebotomist highly advantageous
  • Preferred background in Medical Devices and/or Pharmaceuticals
  • Strong networks with haematologists and within the blood banking community
  • Proven success in product management from concept through to commercialization
  • Experience working with and managing distributor relationships

  • Extensive knowledge of product applications/therapies and relevant product markets
  • Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and clinical strategic planning
  • Ability to assess customer needs, analyze market trends, and translate into effective go-to-market strategies
  • Working knowledge of domestic and international markets and global marketing strategy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking to interpret data and drive strategy
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work across cross-functional and global teams
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities
