Summary of the Role We are seeking a results-driven Product and Application Specialist based in Philippines to support our strategic growth in the Blood and Cell Therapy Business Unit. Strong clinical selling expertise to drive growth, expand market presence and build trusted partnership within the healthcare and life science sector. This role requires someone with combined business acumen with deep product knowledge and clinical insights to engage healthcare professionals, institutions and decision-makers. The candidate will: Delivering sales results aligning with company’s goals and strategies; pre and post-sales support through technology/clinical selling. Demonstrate deep market insight with strong business ownership. Identify and pursue business opportunities by collaborating with distributors and stakeholders. Develop and maintain business pipeline to achieve business targets Effective communication to all internal and external stakeholders. Managing performance targets, with a strong focus on execution plans. Build and maintain strong networks with internal and external stakeholders. Be proficient in Filipino and English; additional Dialect are a plus. Possesses must have good knowledge in corporate processes, governance, legal and compliance related to MedTech industry. Possesses a growth mindset with relevant skills to contribute to company success. Planning and execution of local business and product marketing strategy to drive targeted business outcomes Meet personal and team annual sales targets to achieve TBCT Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Sales targets. Working with internal stakeholders in implementing and executing product marketing strategy to deliver TBCT local business goals, aligning to Regional BU strategy and directions. Continuous prospecting new potential customers to ensure business growth and at the same time securing current customers. Building up and expanding key customers network and strengthen existing key customers. Understanding and attending to customer’s needs and complaints. Continuous engaging with customers and developing plans and activities as key initiatives. Providing market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies. Maintaining detailed records of all customer accounts and updating these accounts as necessary Strong understanding of healthcare environment, clinical workflows, and decision-making processes, to translate customer needs by presenting the value of the products in improving patient outcomes Technical & clinical education Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to effectively communicate their value to customers. Support education programs with internal and external stakeholders, including continuing medical education (CME) on products. Conduct clinical discussions, presentations and demonstrations that highlight the products value proposition to end-users, clinicians, and key stakeholders Manages assigned product lines which include awareness of product or quality problems, application and technical issues. Others Proactively engage within team and offer creative thinking, ideas, and solutions to reach out and engage with customers to deliver business objectives. Cross functional engagement and alignment of strategies and plans with other internal functions including Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, Medical Affairs, etc. Key Functions / Responsibilities Plan and prepare for new product launching or existing product marketing plan Ensure company’s goal and direction is aligned to your strategy. Leadership Development & Core Leadership Development Sales coaching to subordinate/ mentee and provide constructive feedback for improvements. Developing and growing new talent within the team People and Culture Building Collaboration with other internal and external stakeholders to ensure result Be accountable and have sense of ownership Applies others’ diverse experiences, styles, backgrounds, and perspectives to get results Can take a creative idea and actively moves them onto implementation Shows consistency between words and actions Business Partner for Organization Development Programs Manage sales and support activities and distributors activities Ensure good relationship with business partner and manage expectations at company’s interest Performance Management and Talent Development Manage and ensure deliverable resultsMonitoring and tracking self KPI and able to foresee risk and take action to minimize it Plan and perform daily sales activities Functional / Technical Skills Able to interact with vast background of people and build relationship with key customers. Must be able to communicate minimally in Filipino and English. Proficiency in other Dialect will be added advantage. Goal orientated and must be able to plan and strategize your action towards goal Continuous prospecting leads and discipline to follow up sales lead. Proactive and tactfully handle customer request. Education & Experience Tertiary education preferably majoring in Science related courses.
