You'll play a key role in ensuring the team operates smoothly and meets business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the real estate team.
- Supervise two virtual assistants, delegate tasks, and ensure performance is tracked.
- Create and refine operational systems and workflows.
- Serve as a central coordinator for internal team activities.
- Assist with light business development, including lead outreach via phone or text.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute team events and initiatives.
- Track and ensure the accuracy of commission records.
- Support financial reporting and tracking processes.
- Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements.
- Ensure clear communication and task completion with urgency and accuracy.
Mandatory Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in U.S. residential real estate (working with an agent, team, or brokerage).
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions, timelines, and industry nuances.
- Proven leadership experience in managing or mentoring teams.
- High level of initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new tools quickly.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in operations management or executive support.
- Background in business development or marketing.
- Experience with managing virtual or remote teams.
- Familiarity with DISC personality assessments (high D profile preferred).
- Experience with SOP creation and documentation.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
