GRR Real Estate Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Angeles City Pampanga. As a Civil Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, planning, and implementation of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards. What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee the design and planning of civil engineering projects, including infrastructure, buildings, and other structures
  2. Conduct site assessments, soil analysis, and surveys to determine project feasibility and requirements
  3. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans and specifications
  4. Ensure projects adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  5. Monitor and oversee construction activities, ensuring quality control and timely completion
  6. Analyse project data, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improvements
  7. Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  2. 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction or real estate industry
  3. Proficient in the use of engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools
  4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  6. Thorough understanding of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
