MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Leads in the implementation of the Branch Compliance Assurance Unit's Review Program

conducted at least annually.

a. Oversees the review and monitoring functions of the Branch Compliance Assurance

Officers (BCAOs)

b. Evaluates BCAOs recommendations relative to the overall result of the review and

independent engagement

c. Provides recommendations to BOM on areas assessed needing branchwide

enhancement in policy , streamlining of procedures and strengthening of internal

controls

d. Raises processesses needing standard application and/or documentation.

B. Collaborates with Legal, Compliance, Risk Operations , Stakeholders and concerned

BusinessUnits in formulating Policies and Procedures related to BCAU Function

C. Provides Regulatory references and advice to the Branch Operations Management, BCAOs,

Branches and Branch Lite Units in formulating policies, clarifications to existing provision

D. Provides support during Internal Audit, Compliance Testing, Credit Risk Management and BSP

Operations Review Engagements through monitoring of Branches compliance to timely and

complete submission of duly reviewed requirements

E. Performs operational functions pursuant to the Bank's Business Continuity Plans upon the

approval by Branch Operations Group Head

F. Stays updated on industry regulations and compliance standards that may impact the branch

G. Performs additional BOG-related responsibilities to be assigned by the Group Head from time

to time
