The Product Specialist assists the Sr. Product Manager and Marketing Manager in formulating and executing marketing plans for assigned Home Care brands/categories to achieve company sales, units, and profit objectives.

Responsibilities

To assist in the development of the annual marketing plan and brand strategy for designated brands in order to achieve the brand's target sales.

To assist in the execution of the brand strategies and action plans:

  • Promotional activities and merchandising programs in conjunction with the Sales team.
  • Advertising programs - both digital and traditional - in conjunction with creative and media agencies.

  • PR activities.

  • Prepare and manage the A&P budget for the assigned brands.

  • Work closely with Supply Chain for inventory requirements - finished goods, promotional items, raw materials, and packaging, etc.

  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve the annual target and provide any needed support for the designated brands.

  • To assist in product development that pertains to (but is not limited to) packaging development of new and existing products, implement pricing strategies, and plan and execute marketing communication and media plans.

  • Conduct market research in securing market analyses and consumer reactions to products, concepts, and advertising.

  • Conduct periodic store checks and submit findings/observations.

  • Other special projects that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • College graduate with a degree in BS management or marketing.
  • Preferably with 2 years of work experience as a Brand Assistant with a retail company.
  • Assertive, creative, and resourceful
  • With good oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
