JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • End-to-end Recruitment:
  • Oversee and manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to placement.
  • Ensure that all recruitment activities are aligned with client needs, sourcing high-quality candidates that meet the qualifications specified by the client.
  • Track and ensure adherence to the set SLA (time to fill) for open positions, ensuring vacancies are filled promptly.
  • Ensure proper candidate screening and coordinate interviews with clients, providing recommendations and feedback as needed.
  • Client Coordination for interviews
  • Coordinate with the client to schedule final interviews with shortlisted candidates, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and clients.
  • Provide guidance to clients regarding candidate profiles and assist in decision-making processes for candidate selection.
  • Pre-employment requirements and onboarding
  • Assist qualified candidates in completing all pre-employment requirements, including medical exams, background checks, and necessary documentation.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires, ensuring they are provided with all necessary information, benefits, and access to company systems.
  • Client Orientation
  • Conduct client orientations for new employees, providing them with essential information about the client organization, its culture, house rules, and other relevant guidelines.
  • Ensure that employees are fully briefed on client-specific expectations and policies to ensure a seamless transition into their roles.
  • Employee Deployment
  • Oversee the smooth deployment of employees to the client organization, ensuring all logistics are in place for the employee's first day.
  • Provide ongoing support to employees and clients during the transition phase to ensure smooth integration and performance.
  • Bi-monthly Attendance approval
  • Verification and approval of employee attendance, ensuring that all attendance records (including overtime) are verified and approved by the area supervisors.
  • Ensure accuracy in attendance records and resolve any discrepancies promptly in collaboration with area supervisors.
  • Employee concerns & collaboration with Area Supervisors
  • Maintain a strong collaborative relationship with area supervisors to address any employee concerns related to performance, conduct, and overall job satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees as needed, acting as an intermediary between employees and the client.
  • Work closely with area supervisors to ensure timely and effective resolutions for any employee-related issues or feedback.
  • Client Coordination for Manpower Requests
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client manpower requests, ensuring clear communication and understanding of staffing needs.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of recruitment efforts, including candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer stages.
  • Work closely with the client to manage their changing workforce requirements and ensure that recruitment activities align with their evolving needs.
  • Willing to be assigned in West Fairview, Quezon City
  • Willing to accept the 2 months as a reliever.

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
