Job Description: (Actual Duties and Responsibilities)
Managing vehicle utilization
Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators of Vehicle Suppliers for all aspect of Vehicle Operations
Developing and implementing a comprehensive operational that maximizes efficiency and cost effective
Overseeing all aspects of vehicle operation, ensuring the quality standard and safety protocols
Having drive continuous improvement initiatives to identify and implement operational efficiencies.
Performing monthly vehicle billing
Performing vehicle data analysis according needed reports.
Conducting monthly meeting with suppliers.
Qualifications:
- At least graduate of a 2-4 years Bachelor's Degree
- At least with working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word)
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills, and strong execution capability
- Excellent information and data processing capability
- Can start ASAP
