Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma, vocational certificate, or college-level coursework
  • 1–3 years of admin and motor pool-related experience preferred
  • Familiar with MS Office, databases, and scheduling tools
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail
  • Familiar with vehicle maintenance, licensing, and fleet operations
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Must be willing to work fully on-site in BGC, Taguig

Job Responsibilities

  • Vehicle Reservations & Dispatch
  • Receive, schedule, and manage vehicle reservation requests.
  • Coordinate driver and vehicle assignments, communicate with users
  • Fleet Records & Compliance
  • Maintain up-to-date records: registrations, insurance, inspections, licenses
  • Conduct periodic audits and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Fuel Monitoring & Orders
  • Track fuel consumption by vehicle
  • Coordinate refills, reconcile fuel expenses
  • Maintenance Coordination
  • Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Liaise with mechanics and service providers
  • Track maintenance logs and repair costs
  • Administrative Support & Reporting
  • Prepare motor pool usage and cost reports
  • Assist with procurement of parts, equipment, and supplies
  • Manage permits, licenses, and vehicle documentation
  • Safety & Operational Efficiency
  • Audit driver logbooks, route records, and vehicle usage
  • Raise safety and compliance concerns promptly
