Job Description

  • Design, build, and maintain NetSuite reports, dashboards, and saved searches.
  • Create interactive visualizations, custom metrics, and trend analyses using SuiteAnalytics to enhance decision-making.
  • Ensure data integrity, reconcile discrepancies, and support audits by providing accurate financial and operational data.
  • Work with Finance, Operations, and IT to meet reporting needs, assist users with customization, and drive process improvements.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Education Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems or related field

Experience Required:

2+ years of experience in NetSuite reporting, SuiteAnalytics, or business intelligence tools.

NetSuite Certification (SuiteFoundation, SuiteAnalytics) is a plus.

Experience in financial and operational reporting within a corporate setting.

Competencies and Skills Required

Strong expertise in saved searches, financial reports, SuiteAnalytics Workbooks, and dashboards.

Experience with SQL, scripting, and data extraction within NetSuite is a plus.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and data validation skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Knowledge of ERP integration, data migration, and automation is beneficial

Job Type: Fixed term

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
