Data Analyst – Job Summary

The Data Analyst is responsible for formatting, importing, and mapping salary survey data into the system with 100% accuracy. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects on time. The analyst will also review data quality, support system testing, and provide technical support to clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Format, upload, and validate salary survey data
  • Review and edit client data; generate discrepancy reports
  • Calculate data fields and assist users with system issues
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams across regions
  • Suggest and implement process improvements
  • Support system testing and ongoing training

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and client needs
  • Familiarity with HR/compensation processes is a plus
  • Commitment to quality, learning, and continuous improvement
