Job Summary:

The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, processing, and interpreting business data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making across the organization. This role ensures accuracy in data reporting, identifies trends, and helps management improve operational efficiency, sales performance, and customer satisfaction. The Data Analyst works closely with operations, marketing, finance, and franchising teams to transform data into meaningful reports and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection & Management
  • Gather and organize data from internal systems, branch reports, and external sources.
  • Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and security across databases.
  • Create and manage dashboards for real-time tracking of performance metrics.
  • Data Analysis & Insights
  • Analyze sales, customer feedback, and operational performance to identify patterns and trends.
  • Conduct statistical analysis to support decision-making and forecasting.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Visualization
  • Prepare regular reports for management and department heads.
  • Design easy-to-understand charts, dashboards, and presentations for data communication.
  • Automate recurring reports to ensure timely information delivery.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration
  • Work with Operations to monitor branch performance and highlight issues.
  • Support Marketing with campaign performance data and customer insights.
  • Assist Finance with profitability analysis and cost monitoring.
  • Process Improvement & Support
  • Recommend data-driven solutions for operational and strategic challenges.
  • Develop and refine KPIs to measure performance effectively.
  • Support the integration of data analytics tools and systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
