Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or any related course

with at least 6-8 years of experience in digital commerce functional consulting / business analyst

with experience in Salesforce Commerce cloud/ Adobe Magento/ SAP commerce cloud

with experience in in leading and implementing e-commerce platforms

with CRM, marketing software, channel integration, real time decisioning

Job Responsibilities:

Engage with the business taking the initiative to help identify what the business should be tracking and evaluating.

Understand the business language and translate into user stories / requirements which can be understood by the technology team.

Provide working demos to the business on how all aspects of the solution would work and demonstrate platform functionality to help with any business decisions.

Bring forward POVs on the latest and best in class commerce strategies that will broaden the client's approach

Develop and build up a team of commerce professionals to be able to be client-centric while being top tier commerce SMEs
