DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Website management: Oversee the design, functionality and user experience of online stores, ensuring the boosted website traffic through strategic content, smooth navigation and seamless checkout process.

  • Digital marketing: Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channel like SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing to gain public awareness, drive traffic and conversions.

  • Content creation: Manage the distribution of engaging content to promote products and engage consumers.

  • Consumer experience management: Analysis consumer feedback, address concerns and implement improvements to enhance the overall shopping experience.

  • Data analysis & reporting: Monitor KPI like website traffic, conversion rates, consumer acquisition cost, and sales data to identify trends and inform strategic decision.

  • Order fulfilment: Ensure the order fulfilment of the sales generated by all on-line platform.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • E-commerce Concept: Basic understanding of marketing principles, strategies, channels and excellent in e-commerce platform.
  • Digital marketing skills: Understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
  • Analytical skills: Proficiency in data analysis, interpreting metrics, and drawing actionable insights.
  • Communication skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Project management: Strong project management skills to execute initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Creative thinking: Generate innovative marketing ideas and concepts to stand out in the market.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
  • With atleast 1 year proven working experience as E-Commerce Associate.
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, social media platforms.
  • An effective communicator at all levels in the organization, with strong oral and written skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Can start ASAP.
