Job Description – Invoicing Assistant
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients accurately and on time
- Verify billing details, purchase orders, and supporting documents
- Encode invoice data into the system or accounting software
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on pending payments
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations for invoice concerns
- Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and billing files
- Assist in generating billing reports and summaries
- Handle client inquiries regarding billing or payment status
- Perform other administrative and accounting-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
- At least College Level or Graduate in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- With experience in invoicing, billing, or clerical accounting tasks (fresh graduates may be considered)
- Basic knowledge of accounting procedures and documentation
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and billing systems/software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data encoding
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Organized, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
- Can work with minimal supervision
