The main responsibilities of a Quality Assurance Analyst (Graphic Design and Branding) include:
  • Review and approve marketing submissions to ensure compliance with branding and marketing standards.
  • Support clients by maintaining strong relationships and resolving compliance issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with global teams in the Philippines and North America to deliver exceptional service.
  • Enforce brand guidelines by applying client-specific rules and industry standards.
  • Utilize graphic and multimedia design expertise to uphold creative standards.

  • Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role with a focus on enforcing brand guidelines.
  • Strong background in graphic and multimedia design.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and compliance.
  • Passionate about customer success and skilled in client communication.
  • Willing to work night shifts (9 PM to 6 AM Manila time) to align with US and Canadian clients.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience using SaaS platforms and customer success tools.
  • Ability to spot patterns and apply compliance rules effectively.
