Assistant Brand Manager

He/she will be creating Promo Workplans (PWP's) with budget allocation for each project component, ensuring cost is within or lower than budget. The BM will liaise with creative and brand activation agencies to align on executional deliverables.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 5 years of Marketing experience in an FMCG company
  • Experienced in Commercial Production
  • Experienced in the use of Nielsen RTA and Kantar Worldpanel in an FMCG Principal company is a must
  • Experienced in Planning and Projections.
  • New Product Development Background is a plus.
  • Experienced in handling flagship and/or market leader brand is a big advantage
  • Experienced working on Brand Strategy and Execution, Consumer/Shopper Insights, Integrated Marketing Communications, Channel Strategy/ Activation, and Innovations
  • Experience working with and successfully managing cross-functional teams, strategic partners and third-party agencies
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Has strong project management skills, team collaboration, and analytical skills
