About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized and dependable professional to coordinate and oversee various property and administrative projects under the Executive Office.

The role combines project coordination, property administration, and executive support, ensuring that all ongoing initiatives such as property upkeep, vendor coordination, payments, and documentation are handled efficiently and on time.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and monitor multiple property-related and administrative projects from planning to completion.
  • Manage documentation, schedules, supplier coordination, and financial requirements (payments, reimbursements, and reports).
  • Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring all project milestones are met.
  • Maintain organized files, property records, and status reports for the Executive Office.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, property administrators, and internal teams.
  • Handle payroll and compliance requirements for assigned staff.
  • Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in administrative coordination, property management, or project support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with recordkeeping, vendor management, and expense tracking.
