We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team as an
Instructional Designer Specialist
. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about creating engaging and impactful digital learning solutions that empower employees and drive organizational growth.

As an Instructional Designer, you will collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and team members to design, develop, and continuously improve eLearning and training materials. Your work will directly contribute to building a learning culture where knowledge is accessible, engaging, and effective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Development:
    Design and develop interactive and engaging instructional content using eLearning authoring tools.
  • Instructional Design Models:
    Apply proven frameworks such as
    ADDIE
    or
    SAM
    to ensure structured and effective learning outcomes.
  • Collaboration with SMEs:
    Partner with subject matter experts to transform complex technical or business content into learner-friendly formats.
  • Learning Management System (LMS):
    Upload, organize, and track learning activities while ensuring proper learner data management.
  • Quality Assurance:
    Conduct testing and quality checks to ensure training content is accurate, functional, and aligned with learner needs.
  • Program Evaluation:
    Continuously evaluate and enhance training programs to improve learner engagement, retention, and application on the job.
  • Innovation in Learning:
    Incorporate gamification, scenario-based learning, and multimedia design to create a dynamic learner experience.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of instructional design or eLearning development experience (internships or strong portfolio acceptable).
  • Proficiency in
    SCORM-compliant authoring tools
    and familiarity with at least one leading eLearning development platform.
  • Basic experience in
    LMS management
    (uploading content, tracking learners, generating reports).
  • Strong understanding of
    adult learning principles
    and
    learner experience (UX) design
    .
  • Exposure to gamification, video editing, or animation tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Vyond) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical thinking, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with diverse stakeholders.

Work Environment

  • Schedule:
    Night shift only.

    Hybrid arrangement with both onsite and remote work (frequency based on business needs).
