Job Description

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital content strategies to support employee engagement and adoption of new technologies.
  • Create and manage content in various formats, including emails, newsletters, articles, intranet updates, presentations and social media posts for various communications channels.
  • Identify potential content gaps and develop strategies to address them.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies and make data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment, accuracy and consistency in messaging.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide guidance on best practices and develop optimized content for OCM campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital content trends and tools to ensure content remains current and engaging.
  • Ensure all content complies with accessibility, brand, and digital standards outlined by Visa.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing digital content strategies.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to create clear, compelling, and engaging content that effectively communicates key messages and resonates with the target audience.
  • Ability to comprehend and translate complex technical concepts into terms that are easy to understand for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to create digital content optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Experience tracking content metrics and performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite of products required (including SharePoint and Viva Engage).
  • Proficient in creating engaging digital content with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and prioritize tasks to complete various projects.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing content.
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
