Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist to oversee and manage the delivery of content and creative projects across multiple digital platforms.

In this role, you will serve as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and the timely execution of projects.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all content aligns with the client's objectives, on brief and budget, while leading the delivery of high-quality creative assets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end delivery of digital content and creative assets, including websites, blog posts, social media content, videos, and other branded visuals.
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., designers, copywriters, developers, and strategists) to ensure all creative concepts and content meet the client's needs and align with the project scope and goals.
  • Maintain a strong focus on quality control throughout the project, reviewing deliverables to ensure they meet the expected standards and adhere to the brand guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in content strategy, creative project management, or digital marketing, ideally within an agency or creative services environment.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working directly with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all content and creative deliverables meet high standards of quality and consistency.
