Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Digital Content Strategist to lead our short-form video content strategy. This is a hands-on role for someone who can take full ownership of turning our team's knowledge into engaging, high-performing content across platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, editing, publishing, and reporting on digital content. They will work closely with our team to guide contributors, extract good content, and build a repeatable engine that showcases our expertise in a compelling and authentic way.

This role involves:

  • Planning and maintaining a weekly content calendar for short-form videos across platforms
  • Coordinating and supporting team members in recording short, expert-led videos
  • Editing videos (subtitles, branding, trimming) using tools like CapCut, Adobe, or others
  • Writing captions and scheduling posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
  • Monitoring post performance and engagement, adjusting strategy as needed
