Job Title: Digital Content Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Content Strategist to lead our social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement. The role is a perfect blend of creativity and strategy, requiring empathy and understanding of sensitive topics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation & Scheduling: Plan and schedule engaging posts across various platforms using Later. Create high-quality visuals and write compelling captions with CTAs and hashtags.
  2. Stories & Real-Time Content: Post original, interactive stories and monitor audience interactions in real time.
  3. Community Engagement: Respond to comments and DMs professionally and engage with relevant accounts.
  4. Collaboration & Partner Tagging: Coordinate with speakers, clinics, and sponsors to align messaging and boost reach via tags and collab posts.
  5. Reporting & Insights: Submit monthly reports on engagement, audience growth, and improvement recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management
  • Excellent written English and understanding of related terminology
  • Strong video editing skills for Reels and TikTok
  • Proficient in Canva and familiar with social trends
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
