We are seeking a
Marketing Content Strategist
to join our fast-growing Global Marketing team. This individual will play a key role in elevating our brand presence by delivering impactful, engaging, and data-driven content across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Own and manage upGrad GSP's global social media channels.
- Develop and execute strategies and campaigns to build brand awareness, engage partners, and generate business opportunities.
- Track, analyse, and optimise campaign performance using analytics.
Email Marketing
- Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns via platforms such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
- Drive partner engagement through segmented and targeted communication.
- Monitor KPIs and refine campaigns for ongoing improvement.
Content Creation & Thought Leadership
- Produce high-quality short and long-form content, including blogs, articles, case studies, whitepapers, and news updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to position upGrad GSP as a thought leader in global education and highlight partner institutions.
- Create and publish timely announcements on the Partner Portal.
Visual Content Development
- Design visual assets, infographics, and marketing collateral using Canva, aligned with brand guidelines.
- Support digital campaigns, website content, and social media posts with compelling visuals.
Project & Campaign Management
- Manage timelines, tasks, and content calendars using project management tools (Asana, , or similar).
- Coordinate with global marketing and regional recruitment teams to ensure timely and aligned campaign delivery.
Skills & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or communications.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or equivalent).
- Strong working knowledge of Canva for visual design and content creation.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, , or equivalent).

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise strategies.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
