Job Overview

The Human Resources (HR) Director is a strategic leader responsible for shaping and driving the people strategy, fostering a strong organizational culture, and ensuring an exceptional employee experience. This role will oversee all aspects of human resources, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and workplace culture. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking leader who aligns business and people strategies to drive performance, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive people strategies that align with the company's mission, vision, and goals.

  • Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture, ensuring employees feel valued, engaged, and supported.

  • Oversee performance management programs, employee development initiatives, and succession planning.

  • Design and execute employee engagement strategies, including recognition programs and feedback mechanisms.

  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to create a fair and equitable workplace.

  • Lead change management efforts to support organizational transformation and growth.

  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Develop and manage compensation, benefits, and wellness programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on all people-related matters.

  • Implement HR technologies and data analytics to optimize people processes and decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.

  • Proven track record of driving people and culture strategies that enhance business performance.

  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.

  • Experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs and initiatives.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of an organization.

  • Experience with HR technology, data analytics, and workforce planning tools.

  • Certified HR professional credentials (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CHRP, or equivalent) are a plus.
