We are looking for a Production Manager who will lead manufacturing operations, ensure product quality and efficiency, and uphold the company's commitment to excellence in food safety and process innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage day-to-day production operations to meet targets in quality, efficiency, and output.
  • Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and resource allocation to achieve optimal performance.
  • Ensure strict compliance with GMP, HACCP, BRC, ISO 22000, and Halal standards.
  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee manpower planning, training, and development of production staff.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and waste management.
  • Monitor key production metrics and provide regular performance reports to management.
  • Ensure safety standards and good manufacturing practices are consistently applied across all lines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or related field.
  • At least 7–10 years of experience in production management, preferably in food manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of global recognized standard practices.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale production teams.
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and analytical skills.
  • Strong background in process improvement and operational excellence.
