DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for leading the development of Asset Management Plans and Programs and incorporating its details in the Preventive Maintenance Schedules and Parts Listings. Responsible for ensuring the maintenance workflow process is followed. Also responsible for the integrity of the information and history stored in the ERP.
I. CONDITION MONITORING
Provides leadership and direction on all project Condition Monitoring activities.
Defines Condition Monitoring routines that correlate to equipment health, operation and application.
Reviews/Revises Condition Monitoring procedures and checklist to ensure they focus on significant issues.
II. PARTS AND COMPONENT PLANNING
Work actively with Area Manager, Maintenance Superintendent, Maintenance Supervisor and Project Maintenance Planners to ensure safety and higher machine availability, reliability and cost goals are achieved.
Ensures that maintenance plans and activities are aligned with strategy.
Defines, develops, and organizes manpower, parts, tooling, forms, checklists etc. for maintenance programs.
Preparation and continuous update of Preventive Maintenance programs, work procedures and development of Bill of Materials for all Equipment.
Monitors maintenance and repair performance metrics for compliance with department goals; devises and communicates plans to address shortfalls to Department management.
Assist in determining optimum inventory holding levels for service kits, consumables, breakdown spares and component change out items.
III. MANAGEMENT REPORTS AND SITE AUDIT
Responsible to plan and perform the audit of all maintenance programs at project sites whether the department are following established procedures.
Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation. Completes audit work papers by documenting audit tests and findings and submit said findings to Department management.
Prepare of management reports and other reports as may be required from time to time (daily, weekly and monthly reports).
IV. COMMUNICATION AND COORDINATION WITH CUSTOMER AND OTHER SUPPORT GROUP
Coordinate with operation, purchasing and warehouse group in relation to maintenance programs
Responsible in communicating regularly with on-site customer and head office personnel (HR, Admin, Accounting, Safety, Engineering).
Attend regular meeting with service personnel.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Mechanical Engineering graduate; preferably licensed Engineer
At least five (5) years in heavy equipment maintenance with three (3) years in supervisory capacity
Knowledgeable in Heavy Equipment Preventive Maintenance Program
Knowledgeable in Equipment and Personnel Allocation Plan
Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP).
High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; Creative and forward thinker
Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets
Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
A reliable professional who follows organization and department procedures, completes tasks in a timely manner
