QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience: At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledgeable in inventory systems or ERP software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or equivalent).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under minimal supervision.
  • Analytical and can work accurately with numbers.
  • Above Average data encoding, data recording, document handling and processing skill.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Management & System Administration

  • In charge of all data entry, encoding, and updating within the entire Warehouse and Logistics System, including Tiktok platforms.
  • Manage and maintain all system-related data and documentation (both hard and digital copies).
  • Ensure data integrity, correctness, and completeness across all records.
  • Generate accurate and timely reports as required by management and relevant departments.
  • Coordinate with all internal and external parties requiring warehouse and logistics data.

Documentation & Record Keeping

  • Maintain organized filing systems for all warehouse and logistics-related documents.
  • Ensure that all transaction documents (e.g., receiving, dispatching, inventory, delivery, and returns) are properly processed and stored.
  • Provide document support for audit, compliance, and reporting purposes.

Operational & Safety Compliance

  • Perform and maintain 5S practices within the work area (See 5S Checklist).
  • Inspect the work area for potential hazards before leaving; report or mitigate any detected risks.
  • Create Job Orders (JO) to Facilities, Maintenance & Engineering (FME), subject to approval of the Department Head.
  • Report all abnormalities observed in equipment, machines, or facilities.
  • Handle all company assets, tools, and equipment with care and responsibility.

Continuous Improvement & Team Participation

  • Participate in corrective action formulation, including root cause analysis and investigation reports.
  • Contribute to improvement programs, projects, and activities; provide recommendations and feedback during team discussions.
  • Participate in EHSS HIRAC (Environmental, Health, Safety & Security – Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control) activities.
  • Report hazards, accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions immediately.
  • Join monthly meetings, trainings, seminars, and workshops for continuous learning and development.

Administrative & HR Compliance

  • Prepare and submit leave applications for absences or inability to report for duty, providing accurate and truthful reasons.
  • Prepare and submit overtime forms for approval by the Department Head.
  • Adhere to the company's Code of Conduct; violations may be subject to disciplinary procedures.
  • Participate in HR processes related to severance, grievances, and employee engagement activities.
  • Be open to cross-training and position reassignment as operational needs arise.
  • Participate in company-wide programs such as employee surveys, 360-degree feedback, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned or delegated by superiors or management.
