The Director of Strategic Business Development is responsible for identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to drive revenue growth. This key role requires the ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue business opportunities that align with company objectives
- Maintain regular contact with clients to foster strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and present compelling pitches to secure new business and expand existing client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts and achieve strategic goals
- Monitor and report on sales performance and pipeline development
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in a leadership or director-level position
- Proven track record of success in building and maintaining client relationships, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic partnerships
