Job Description:

  • Accurate registration of worker's fingerprint/face in Bio-metrics
  • On time submission of worker's requirements
  • Prepare Daily Manpower Monitoring Report (DMM); (For those site who don't have a field checker)
  • Ensure the correctness of attendance by implementing the appropriate timekeeping standards for payroll processing
  • Conduct regular site inspection/roving with the help of field checker to ensure all laborers are at their workstations
  • Ensure timely submission of attendance summary to Timekeeper at Main Office
  • Prepare the daily attendance record of all staff & workers
  • Update Master List regularly
  • Prepare the reports like authorized absences, unauthorized absences, and AWOL.
  • Check the manpower loading during Overtime base on the Pre-Approved Overtime Plan & AOTR.
  • Serve Disciplinary Memorandum to employees/workers for Tardiness, Unauthorized Absences & other memorandum that violates the Company Policy
  • Monitor break time period
  • Take pictures of activities for attachment in Progress/Accomplishment Report
  • Submit report for AWOL (3 consecutive days absent) and also resigned employees
  • Assist local hiring for projects in provinces
  • Assist the recruitment team in filling up the BDO Application of workers; Signing of Notice of Endo; Signing of New Contract; Signing of Rescue Memorandum and extension of Contract
  • Other task that the Management may assign
  • Willing to assign anywhere in the Philippines

Qualification:

  • Must be College Graduate (any course but work experienced is more in Timekeeping)
  • Trustworthy
  • Loyalty should be on the Management and not on his co-workers at site
  • Organized; specially to all documents
  • Can work alone and with minimum supervision
  • With strong personality and not easy to persuade
  • Willing to stay in
  • With knowledge in MS Application
  • With at least 1 to 2 years experience as Timekeeper of Construction
