Duties & Responsibilities:
A. Recruitment & Selection
-
Post job vacancies and source applicants.
-
Conduct initial screening and interviews.
-
Recommend qualified candidates to HR Manager.
-
Gather and complete new hire requirements.
-
Schedule onboarding and request IDs, uniforms, and office supplies.
-
Maintain and update recruitment database.
B. Compensation & Benefits
-
Update employee biometrics and Daily Time Records.
-
Prepare attendance reports for payroll processing.
-
Monitor tardiness, absences, and benefits usage.
-
Orient employees on company and government benefits (SSS, HDMF, PhilHealth).
-
Address employee concerns regarding benefits.
C. HR & Admin Protocol Compliance
-
Ensure all HR and admin processes, policies, and protocols are followed.
-
Support in training, employee relations, engagement, legal compliance, and DOLE reportorial requirements.
D. Administrative Support
-
Request and file quotations from suppliers.
-
Update HR and office-related databases.
-
Monitor and replenish driver cooler box inventory.
E. Office & Supplies Management
-
Conduct regular inventory of office, cleaning, and uniform supplies.
-
Coordinate supplier orders and deliveries.
-
Handle budget liquidations and petty cash recording.
-
Process payment requests with complete documentation.
-
Maintain systematic filing of receipts, quotations, and accountability forms.
F. Company Events & HR Functions
-
Assist in organizing company events, trainings, and seminars.
-
Respond to staff logistical requests and provide support as needed.
G. Other Duties
-
Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor, manager, or management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.

Previous experience working in human resources.

Knowledge of database software, email systems, and office software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly and professional demeanor.
