Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to support our marketing team by enhancing campaign execution, marketing enablement, and system efficiency. This role will focus on maintaining HubSpot, refining marketing collateral, and supporting the development of materials that drive engagement and brand consistency. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment to ensure seamless marketing operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain and update records in HubSpot to ensure data accuracy, workflow efficiency, and campaign tracking.
• Create, edit, and refine marketing collateral such as one-pagers, decks, and campaign assets.
• Support marketing enablement by compiling and organizing materials that align with ongoing campaigns and brand standards.
• Assist with the setup and execution of marketing automation workflows, campaigns, and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency across all marketing deliverables.
• Perform additional marketing operations support tasks as needed to enhance overall efficiency.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Proven experience in marketing operations, marketing support, or sales operations.
• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and/or marketing automation tools.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to edit and refine marketing materials.
• Proficiency with presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other CRM or marketing automation platforms.
• Familiarity with sales enablement tools and processes.
• Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for refining marketing materials.
• Prior experience in a B2B marketing or sales support environment.
